基于CNKI的国内医养结合领域研究进展分析

Analysis of Research Progress in the Field of Domestic Integration of Medical Treatment and Care Based on CNKI

目的:系统、全面和客观地梳理国内医养结合领域的研究现状、研究热点和未来研究方向,为相关政策的制定提供参考依据。方法:通过知网收集我国国内医养结合研究领域的资料,从文献计量学的角度利用可视化软件CiteSpace 5.6.R1绘制相关知识图谱并进行分析。结果:共获得医养结合研究领域有效文献491篇,2013-2019年发文量总体呈递增趋势,医学、社会2个领域的期刊为该领域文章发表的主要期刊。国家自然科学基金和国家社会科学基金对文章的资助所占比例分别为13.8%和12.6%。医养结合研究的主题和内容不断丰富,不断有学者和研究机构加入,作者、机构之间的合作越来越频繁。结论:国内医养结合领域的研究不断深化,养老服务、养老机构和人口老龄化是主要研究热点。未来可从优化配置多主体资源和建立符合农村地区特色的医养结合新模式等方面进一步推动医养结合领域研究的发展。

Objective:The study systematically,comprehensively and objectively sorted out the research status,research hotspot and future research direction in the field of integration of medical treatment and care in China.Methods:This study collected data on the research field of integration of medical treatment and care in CNKI.From the perspective of bibliometrics,this study used CiteSpace 5.6.R1,a visualization software,to map knowledge graph.Results:A total of 491 effective literatures were obtained in the research field of integration of medical treatment and care,and the overall volume of publications increased from 2013 to 2019.Journals in the fields of medicine and society are the main journals of articles in this field.The proportion of articles supported by NSFC and NSFC were 13.8%and 12.6%respectively.The theme and content of the research on the integration of medical treatment and care were constantly enriched.Scholars and research institutions were constantly joining in,and the cooperation between authors and institutions was becoming more and more frequent.Conclusion:In the future,we can further promote the development of the field of medical treatment and care by optimizing the allocation of multi-agent resources and establishing a new mode of integration of medical treatment and care in line with the characteristics of rural areas.
