专业认同在武汉市大学生班级氛围与学习压力之间的中介作用 被引量:13

摘要 目的:调查大学生班级氛围状况,探讨专业认同在班级氛围和学习压力之间的中介作用,为改善大学生班级氛围、缓解其学习压力提供参考。方法:采用大学生班级氛围、专业认同和学习压力量表对武汉市580名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:大学生班级氛围、专业认同和学习压力得分分别为(3.56±0.58)、(3.35±0.61)和(1.49±0.69);班级氛围(r=-0.201,P<0.01)和专业认同(r=-0.334,P<0.01)与学习压力呈负相关;专业认同在班级氛围和学习压力之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的49.4%。结论:大学生班级氛围处于中等偏上水平,通过改善班级氛围提升专业认同水平,有利于缓解学习压力。 Objective:To investigate the class atmosphere of college students and to explore the mediating effect of professional identity between class atmosphere and study stress,to provide reference for improving the class atmosphere of college students and alleviating their learning pressure.Methods:580 college students in Wuhan were surveyed using class atmosphere,professional identity and study stress scales.Results:The scores of class atmosphere,professional identity and study stress were(3.56±0.58),(3.35±0.61)and(1.49±0.69),respectively.Class atmosphere(r=-0.201,P<0.01)and professional identity(r=-0.334,P<0.01)were negatively correlated with study stress.The professional identity plays a partial mediating role between class atmosphere and study stress,and the mediating effect accounts for 49.4%of the total effect.Conclusion:College students'class atmosphere is above the medium level,and it can help to reduce study stress through improving college students'class atmosphere and enhancing professional identity.
