摘要
目的:探索以临床病例为导向的多学科整合教学法在神经内科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取武汉某大型综合三甲医院神经内科实习的30名学生为研究对象,随机分为以病例为整合教学组和传统教学组,比较研究两组学生的学习情况。结果:两组学生的基础理论考试成绩无明显差异,但整合教学组的学生病例分析考试成绩更好;学生自评,整合教学组的学生认为自己的文献检索能力、团队协作能力、综合分析能力、探索创新能力均有明显提升,对神经科学的认识提高、兴趣浓厚,明显好于传统教学法组。教师对于以临床病例为导向的多学科整合教学法持充分肯定态度。结论:在神经内科临床实习教学中采用这种教学法有助于提高学生临床病例分析能力,增进学习兴趣,提升自主学习能力,值得在实习生带教中尝试推广。
Objective:To explore the application of case-based multidisciplinary integrated teaching method in clinical practice teaching of Neurology.Methods:30 interns from department of Neurology from a general grade-A tertiary hospital in Wuhan,were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The scores of basic theoretical knowledge test and case analysis test,as well as the scores of questionnaire self-evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results:In the basic theory test,there was no significant difference.The results of case analysis test showed that the scores of students using the new teaching method were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group.In the self-evaluation,the students who adopt the new teaching method thought that their abilities of literature retrieval,team cooperation,comprehensive analysis and exploration and innovation were significantly improved compared with the traditional teaching group.Meanwhile,the students who received the new teaching method had more knowledge of neuroscience and more interest,which was obviously better than the traditional teaching method group.Conclusion:In the clinical practice teaching of Neurology,the application of case-based multidisciplinary integrated teaching method can help improve students'ability of case analysis,and enhance their interest in learning.It is worth trying to promote this method in clinical intern teaching.
