Research on Restraining Factors and Reform Path of Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

深度推进京津冀协同发展重大国家战略,须针对产业结构、发展水平、经济层次和地区分工等方面存在的不利因素和短板,进一步加强政策统一,优化城镇布局,促进高端产业合作,共享公共服务资源,聚焦基础设施互通,注重生态保护合作,推动多方参与精准扶贫,不断深化制度整合、经济整合、资源整合,全面提升京津冀协同发展程度。

Coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a major national strategy.However,due to restraining factors such as the unbalanced industrial structure,inconsistent developing levels,unequal political status and unclear regional divisions,the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has not been fully implemented.In order to further strengthen the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,it is necessary to strengthen policy unity,improve the layout of cities and towns,promote cooperation in high-end industries,share public service resources,focus on infrastructure connectivity,pay attention to ecological protection cooperation,and engage in targeted poverty alleviation.Through institutional integration,economic integration and resource integration,coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will be comprehensively promoted.
