基于“百万扩招”计划的学情分析及教学实施策略研究

“百万扩招”政策的出台与实施,是国家赋予高职院校新的时代使命.针对背景多样、学情复杂的扩招生源,本研究在客观分析生源年龄、教育基础、工作背景、学习诉求以及学习时间的基础上,提出了分类型编制培养方案、菜单式设计课程内容、多元化探索教学措施、全程化监测教学质量等实施策略,以期对高职院校做好扩招生源教学工作有所启示.

The introduction and implementation of the policy of“Million Enrollment Expansion Plan”is the new mission endowed by the state to higher vocational colleges.Aiming at the students of en-rollment expansion with different backgrounds and complicated learning situation,this paper has,on the basis of objective analysis on student age,education foundation,work background,learning demands and learning time,put forward the classified preparation of cultivation program,menu-type design course contents,diversified explorative teaching measures,whole-process monitoring of teaching quali-ty,and other implementation strategies,expecting to enlighten the teaching work of the students of en-rollment expansion in the higher vocational colleges.
