工学交替是我国高职教育改革的重要方向,是高职教育发展的根本举措.文章对供暖行业工学交替的实践进行总结,剖析了工学交替对学生素质、技能提升的重要作用,分析了在教学实践中存在的问题.

“Working and learning alternation”is an important direction of higher vocational education reform of China,and a fundamental measure for higher vocational education development.This paper summarized the practice in working and learning alternation in the heating industry,analyzed the important role of working and learning alternation in improving the quality and skills of students,and also analyzed the problems existing in the practical teaching.
