高等职业院校英语教学困境及消解路径

摘要 随着世界经济全球化快速发展,一体化程度加强,我国逐步成为世界经济中的“制造工厂”,对我国技术人才英语水平要求越来越高,我国高等职业院校是培养技术人才的主要途径,但是其英语教学水平不能满足社会需求,存在教学困境.需要高职院校从人才培养方案一体化设计、加强“双师型”教师队伍建设、推进英语能力评价模式改革等几个方面进行改革,实现高职院校英语教学困境的突围. With the rapid development of international economic globalization and the reinforcement of economic integration,China has gradually become a“manufacturing factory”in the world economy,with a higher and higher requirement for the English level of technical personnel in China.Higher vocational colleges are main ways for cultivation of technical personnel in China,however,their English teaching level cannot meet the social needs,with difficulties in English teaching.The higher vocational colleges shall reform from the following aspects:conducting integrated design of personnel cultivation scheme,strengthening the“double-professionally-titled teachers”construction,and promoting the English proficiency evaluation model reform,in order to breaking through the dilemma of English teaching in higher vocational colleges.
