开放型新格局下对国际商务人才培养提出了新的要求.该文在对天津多家外贸、航运、物流企业国际商务人才需求调研的基础上,定位外贸行业人才类型和层次的需求变化,以天津城市职业学院国际商务专业为例,从校企深入融合的多个方面探索出能够服务于开放新格局的高职院校国际商务专业人才培养的实施路径.

Under the new open pattern,new requirements are raised for the training of interna-tional business talents.Based on a survey of the needs of international business talents in many foreign trade,shipping,and logistics companies in Tianjin,this article positions the changes in the types and levels of talents in the foreign trade industry.Taking the Tianjin City Vocational College for example as an international business major Various aspects have explored the implementation path of training inter-national business professionals in higher vocational colleges that can serve the new open pattern.
