高职物流专业学生基于物联网技术的创新应用能力提升实践与探索——以天津城市职业学院物流管理专业为例

Practice and Exploration on Improvement of Innovative Application Ability of Students in Logistics of Higher Vocational Colleges Base on Internet of Things——Taking logistics management major of Tianjin City Vocational College as example

通过调研物联网技术应用给物流企业带来的变化、物流岗位的需求变化以及企业人才需求变化,分析我院物流管理专业在人才培养创新应用能力培养的薄弱环节,依托基于物联网技术的创新应用中心建设,与区域典型物流企业合作,探索和实践新形势下产教融合、校企联手精准对接,加快以发展型、创新型、复合型技术技能人才培养,形成有推广价值的成果.

Through investigation on the changes to logistics enterprises,changes to demands for logistics jobs,and changes to enterprise demands for talents brought by the application of Internet of Things technology,this paper analyzes our weak links in cultivation of logisticsmanagement talents and their innovative application abilities,and based on the construction of innovation application center based on the Internet of Things technology,we explore and practice the industry-education integra-tion,and school-enterprise accurate docking through cooperation with regional typical logistics enter-prises,to accelerate the cultivation of developmental,innovative,and inter-disciplinary technical and skilled talents,therefore,forming the results with promotional values.
