机械工程创新型人才培养机制:AREO双创教育模式下“课程+”协同视角——以机械工程专业为例

摘要 机械工程人才的教育培养应当突出“创新”这一能力素养,这既是专业教学标准的要求,也是学生职业成长的切实需求.创新能力素养的培养,最理想的教育模式,不是单列课程,而是应该融入到专业教育当中,通过“课程+”协同的方式纳入机械工程人才培养方案,实现创新能力素养的培养充分融入专业各课程.天津交通职业学院AREO创新创业教育模式最终目标是构建AREO+创新创业教育生态,即创新教育融于专业教学体系,使创新成为实践成果.AREO创新创业教育模式下机械工程“课程+”协同创新型人才培养机制,涵盖了机制的建立、机制的转换和机制的运行等主要内容,科学统筹处理好这些问题,便能在“创新”助力下实现机械工程专业人才培养面向实践、面向未来的整体变革. The education and cultivation of talents in mechanical engineering should highlight the“innovation”ability,which is the requirement of professional teaching standards,and also the practical demand of student career growth.For the cultivation of innovation ability,the ideal education model is not to list the courses separately,but to integrate the courses in the professional education,and cultiva-tion scheme of talents in mechanical engineering is included through“course+”collaborative approach,to realize the full integration of innovative ability cultivation into the professional courses.The ultimate goal of AREO mass entrepreneurship and innovation education model of Tianjin Transportation Voca-tional College is to build AREO+innovation and entrepreneurship education ecology,i.e.,innovation education is integrated into the professional teaching system,to make the innovation become practice re-sults.The cultivation mechanism of“course+”collaborative innovative talents in mechanical engineer-ing under the AREO mass entrepreneurship and innovation education model covers the establishment,transformation,operation and other main contents of mechanism,and by dealing with these problems well in a scientific way,can we realize the overall reform in cultivation of talents in mechanical engi-neering under the orientation of practice and future.
