中国传统文化融入高职心理育人的路径研究

Research on Integration of Chinese Traditional Culture into Psychological Education in Higher Vocational Education

随着文化日趋多元化,高职生在中国传统文化的价值认同和判定上表现出一定的消极态度.从心理学视角看,中国传统文化涵有诸多有关身心健康的理念,现代高职心理育人中融合中国优秀传统文化将是有价值的研究趋向.文章通过分析现状,总结出4个方面的现实困境:传统文化遭受过度解读、传统文化表达形式不灵活、借助现代媒介载体不够及在心理应用领域理论与实践不足等.提出将从提升心理课堂品质、突出学生主体性、提升育人育心感召力、打造心育特色品牌、建设心育宣传平台及建构中国特色的心理干预模式等6个方面的高职心理育人工作,把中华传统文化元素创造性地融入其中.

With increasing cultural diversity,higher vocational colleges show a certain negative attitude in the value identification and judgment of Chinese traditional culture.From the psychological perspective,Chinese traditional culture covers many concepts regarding physical and psychological health,and to integrate Chinese excellent traditional culture into the psychological education in higher vocational colleges in modern times will be a valuable research trend.By analyzing the current situation,this paper summarizes the realistic difficulties at four aspects:traditional culture is over-interpreted,traditional culture expression forms are inflexible,the use of modern media carriers is deficient,and there are insufficient theories and practice in the field of psychological applications.It puts forward the psychological education model of students in higher vocational colleges from six aspects:improving the psychological classroom quality,highlighting the students as a main body,enhancing the emotional ap-peal of education and psychological education,creating a characteristic brand of psychological educa-tion,constructing a platform of psychological education promotion,and building the psychological in-tervention mode with Chinese characteristics,to creatively integrate the Chinese traditional culture into the psychological education model of higher vocational college students.
