摘要
近年来,“网红食品”依托互联网平台,凭借其自身特点不断繁荣和发展。然而,“网红食品”食品安全、产品创新等备受关注。探讨“网红食品”经济健康发展具有重要的理论及实践意义。从发展现状、存在问题、发展对策3个维度,对“网红食品”经济现象进行分析与探究。
In recent years,the"economic web celebrity food"on the Internet platform rising prosperity and development with its own characteristics,but the"web celebrity food"in the food safety,product innovation has been disputes,has attracted wide attention,how to guide the healthy development of"web celebrity food"economy is a topic that is worth thinking about.This paper analyzes and explores the deep problems behind the economic phenomenon of"web celebrity food"economy from the three dimensions of its development status,existing problems and development countermeasures.
