管理模式创新推动产业集聚区高质量发展研究——以巩义市产业集聚区为例

Study on the Innovation of Management Models Promoting the High-quality Development of Industrial Clusters——Taking Gongyi as an Example

河南产业集聚区80%以上分布于各县域,产业集聚区是拉动县域经济的核心引擎,是经济发展的增长极和招商引资的主渠道。通过文献查阅和实地调研,梳理了河南省产业集聚区管理模式演进,结合巩义市产业集聚区的“三定”方案探索管理模式,并提出完善管理模式、加快职能转变和精准施策等产业集聚区高质量发展路径。

More than 80%of Henan industrial agglomeration areas are distributed in counties.Industrial agglomeration areas are the core engine of county economy,the growth pole of economic development and the main channel of attracting investment.Through literature review and on-the-spot investigation,this paper sorts out the evolution of the management mode of industrial agglomeration areas in Henan Province,and explores the management mode combining with the"sanding"plan of the industrial agglomeration areas in Gongyi,it also puts forward the high-quality development path of industrial agglomeration areas,such as choosing appropriate management mode,speeding up function transformation and precise measures.
