Study on the Model of Postgraduate Training in World-class Universities

研究生教育是培养高层次创新人才的主要途径。一流的研究生培养质量需要有一流的培养机制与模式。探讨世界一流大学研究生培养模式及启示意义。以麻省理工学院(MIT)、斯坦福大学等世界一流大学为例,结合首都经济贸易大学建设“现代化、国际化、多科性、有特色的国内一流、国际知名财经大学”的目标和进程,从跨学科课程设置、教学手段、教学方法、激励机制和创新能力等方面,分析不同专业方向研究生培养特点,探索有利于提升研究生人才培养质量的可行模式和路径。

The first-class postgraduate quality needs a first-class training mode,which is of great significance to the world-class universities.The paper takes MIT,Stanford University and other recognized world-class universities as examples,in combination with the goal and process of building our university into a domestic first-class and internationally renowned university of finance and economics,from the aspects of curriculum,teaching means,teaching methods and incentive mechanism,this paper analyzes the training characteristics of Postgraduates in different majors,so as to provide experience and reference for exploring the mode and path which is in line with the reality of our university and beneficial to improve the quality of postgraduate training mode.
