摘要
英国从20世纪90年代起就高度重视中小学教师的工作负荷问题,出台了多项政策和指导性文件,以减轻中小学教师工作负荷。为了切实解决居高不下的中小学教师工作负荷问题,英国教育部自2016年起启动了新一轮的中小学教师减负行动,采取的主要举措包括明晰工作量、采取多策略、评估实效等。减负取得了较为明显的效果,但也面临着一些挑战。
Since 1990s,UK has attached great importance to the workload of primary and secondary school teachers and issued a number of policies and guidance documents to reduce the teachers’ workload. In order to effectively solve the problem of high workload of primary and secondary school teachers,the Department for Education in UK has launched a new round of action to reduce the teachers’ workload since 2016. The main measures taken by the government included clarifying the workload,adopting multiple strategies and assessing the effectiveness of the actions. Teachers’ workload has been reduced obviously according to research report on Teacher workload survey 2019,but there is still some challenges to deal with. The policy on reducing teachers’ workload implemented by the Department of Education of UK and its measures can provide useful reference and enlightenment for our country.
