Research on Targeted Governance of Food Quality Safety Based on“Internet+”

“互联网+”在网络食品质量安全精准治理中呈现出巨大优势。从网络食品质量安全治理的已有措施可以看出,在治理中存在信息不对称、监管效率低、追溯效果不理想、消费者维权困难的问题,其原因可概括为信息共享缺失、监管技术落后、追溯系统不完善及信用机制失灵。根据网络食品质量安全精准治理的内涵,结合“互联网+”大背景,提出建立动态数据库、实施大数据监管、依托区块链监测、完善预警系统的对策,实现网络食品质量安全的精准治理,促进网络食品行业健康有序发展。

"Internet+"presents huge advantages in the targeted governance of network food quality safety.From the summary of the existing governance measures of network food quality safety,it is found that there are some problems such as prominent information asymmetry,low efficiency of government supervision,unsatisfactory traceability effect and difficult consumer rights protection.The reasons can be summarized as lack of information sharing,backward supervision technology,imperfect traceability system and failure of credit mechanism.According to the connotation of targeted governance of network food quality safety,combined with the background of"Internet+",this paper proposes to establish dynamic database,implementing big data supervision,rely on block chain monitoring and perfect early warning system,so as to realize targeted governance of network food quality safety,promote the healthy and orderly development of network food industry.
