摘要
粉状物料由于其特殊性使其在运输、存储、分发等过程中会碰到诸多不便,尤其对于酿造过程中的粉状或颗粒物料,要求更是严格。设计了一种专门针对白酒酿造过程中的粉状物料暂存、分发的控制系统。该系统在不影响酒质的情况下,通过采用传感器和PLC技术结合人机操作界面,对控制过程进行了设计。通过现场应用,该设计可以使整个过程大大简化,生产效率大大提高,在很大程度上降低工人的劳动强度、改善工作环境,同时更加自动化、信息化、标准化及卫生化。
Powder materials for Baijiu production have many inconveniences in transportation,storage,and distribution.To solve the problems,we have designed a control system for temporary storage and distribution of powder materials.The system consists of sensors,PLC and HMI,and can complete the control process without affecting the quality of the liquor.Field test and application have proved that the system can simplify the process greatly,increase the production efficiency,largely reduce workers’labor intensity,improve workers’working environment,and realize automation,information,standardization and hygiene of the production process.
