摘要
采用《粮油检验类型及互混检验》GB/T 5493—2008中糯稻和非糯稻的染色检验法,观察米粒着色情况,糯性米粒呈棕红色,非糯性米粒呈蓝色,拣出混有异类型的粒数,计算大米的互混。验证其方法应用于酿酒原料大米互混测定的可行性、实用性、重复性,以及确认此方法在本公司实验室适用且有效。
The dyeing test of glutinous and non-glutinous rice in national standard GB/T 5493-2008 was used to observe the rice as liquor-making raw materials.After dyeing,the glutinous rice was brown red and the non-glutinous rice was blue.In this way,the mixed rice grains could be separated,and the intermixing rate could be calculated.The feasibility,practicability and repeatability of the method was verified,and the applicability and effectiveness of the method in our laboratory was confirmed.
