摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)危重型病死率高,其中多为老年、伴基础病及肥胖者。本文报告1例COVID-19危重型合并肥胖症患者的成功治愈过程,并介绍了有效的呼吸和循环支持过程,以期为COVID-19危重型合并肥胖患者的治疗提供参考。
The novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)has a high critical fatality rate,most of patients are the elderly,and with underlying diseases or obesity.This article reports a successful treatment of a severe COVID-19 patient with obesity,and describes an effective respiratory and circulatory support process,in order to provide the reference for the treatment of obese patients with severe COVID-19.
