我院2016—2018年中药饮片验收情况分析

Analysis on the Acceptance of Chinese Herbal Products in Our Hospital from 2016 to 2018

目的:对中药饮片验收不合格品种总结及分析,提高防范意识,防止伪劣中药饮片进入我院。方法:运用Excel 2010软件统计分析,整理归纳我院2016—2018年中药饮片入库验收情况。结果:3年总验收饮片16,632批次,拒收不合格饮片980批次,退货率为5.89%。退货原因主要为加工炮制不规范、混伪掺假、熏硫、增重、染色、采收季节不适宜等。结论:在我院传统饮片鉴定专家王竹鑫的带领下,严控把关,熏硫、混伪和有效成分含量低方面的年退货率明显降低。加强了我院中药饮片的质量监管和指导,增强了我院临床用药安全和疗效,更好地服务人民群众。

Objective: To summarize and analyze the unqualified varieties of Chinese herbal products, and to improve the awareness of prevention, and to prevent the fake and inferior Chinese herbal products from entering our hospital. Methods: Excel 2010 software was used to sort out and summarize the acceptance of Chinese herbal products in our hospital from 2016 to 2018. Results: A total of 16,632 batches of Chinese herbal products were accepted in 3 years, and 980 batches of unqualified Chinese herbal products were rejected,and the return rate was 5.89%. The main reasons for the return are irregular processing, mixing and adulteration, sulfur fumigation, weight gain, dyeing, and inappropriate harvesting season. Conclusion: Under the leadership of WANG Zhu-xin, an expert on traditional Chinese herbal products identification in our hospital, the annual return rate of fumigated sulfur, mixed pseudo and effective ingredients were significantly reduced. It has strengthened the quality supervision and guidance of traditional Chinese herbal products in our hospital,enhanced the safety and efficacy of clinical medication in our hospital, and better served the people.
