摘要
为了解中药对肛瘘术后创面愈合作用机制的进展,通过查阅相关文献,总结分析中药如何影响肛瘘术后感染性、难愈性创面的修复过程。分析研究发现中药可激活不同信号通路,调节多种生长因子发挥协同作用,主要有抑制感染、促血管新生、抑制瘢痕形成等几个方面,表明中药可以多靶点、多环节的参与到肛瘘术后的创面愈合中,在减少炎性渗出、缓解疼痛、促进肉芽生长等方面都有较好的疗效。
In order to understand the progress of the mechanism of Chinese Medicine on wound healing after anal fistula operation, this paper reviews related literatures and summarizes how the Chinese Medicine affects the repair of infectious and refractory wounds after anal fistula operation. Chinese Medicine can activate different signaling pathways and regulate a variety of growth factors to play a synergistic effect, mainly in terms of inhibiting infection, promoting angiogenesis and inhibiting scar formation. Chinese medicine can participate in wound healing after anal fistula with multiple targets and multiple links, with good effects in reducing inflammatory exudation, alleviating pain and promoting granulation growth.
