3D打印个性化冠脉支架系统研发

Development on 3D Printing System for Fabrication of Personalized Coronary Stents

摘要 3D打印可灵活地制造各种尺寸和形状的支架,是比较理想的冠脉支架加工方式,且可进行个性化圆锥形支架的打印。针对激光雕刻加工的不足,研发了用于个性化冠脉支架制造的3D打印系统和微螺杆喷头,并初步探索了打印工艺,完成了PLLA和PCL两种材料的冠脉支架打印,为进一步研究奠定了基础。 Stents of various sizes and shapes can be flexibly fabricated with 3D printing,which is an ideal way to process coronary stents and can print personalized conical stents.Aiming at the shortcomings of laser engraving,a 3D printing system and a micro-screw extruder for personalized coronary stent manufacturing were developed,and the printing technology was preliminarily explored to conduct the stent fabrication of PLLA and PLC,which laid a foundation for further research.
