摘要
核桃破壳后仁、壳、分心木混合在一起,为获得干净的核桃仁、壳以及具有药用价值的分心木,需要将仁、壳、分心木分离开。现有的多道风力分选设备整体占地空间大,有必要设计一种小型化多道分选设备以适应不同用户需求。本文介绍了项目组研制的一种风力分选机的结构、工作原理、主要机构、设备特点与试验情况,该设备能够实现核桃仁、壳、分心木混合物料的有效分离,效果良好。
The walnut kernel,shell and diaphragm are mixed together after breaking,In order to obtain clean walnut kernel,shell and medicinal diaphragm,it is necessary to separate kernel,shell and diaphragm.The existing multi-channel air sorting equipment occupies a large space,so it is necessary to design a miniaturized multi-channel air sorting equipment to meet the needs of different users.The structure,working principle,mechanism,equipment characteristics and test situation of the air separator was introduced in this paper,This equipment could realized effective separation of walnut kernel,shell and diaphragm.
