常用的超越离合器结构复杂,传递功率小,成本高昂,受损后不便于维修,需要更换新件。本文所述的新型簧片式大扭矩超越离合器结构紧凑合理,传递扭矩大,使用寿命长,且发生磨损后拆卸方便快捷,便于维护。

The commonly used overrunning clutch has complex structure,small transmission power,high cost,and is not easy to repair after being damaged,so it needs to be replaced with a new one.The new spring plate type large torque overrunning clutch described in this paper has compact and reasonable structure,large torque transmission,long service life,and convenient disassembly and maintenance after wear.
