摘要
对汽车行李箱盖板成形过程特点进行了研究,对板料的形状、材料进行了选择,并使用Dynaform软件模拟了分析了压边力、摩擦系数、模具间隙以及冲压速度等工艺参数对制件破裂和起皱等缺陷的影响,对拉伸筋尺寸、分布及工艺补充面的主要截面线参数进行了调整、优化。该研究对汽车覆盖件生产过程的优化具有一定借鉴参考意义。
In this paper,the characteristics of the forming process of the trunk cover of a certain type of automobile are studied,and the shape and material of the sheet are selected.In addition,Dynaform software is used to simulate and analyze the influence of process parameters such as blank holder force,friction cofficient,die clearance and stamping speed on the defects such as parts cracking and wrinkling,and to adjust and optimize the size,distribution of drawbead and main section line parameters of process supplement surface.This research can be used for reference to optimize the production process of automobile panel.
