摘要
为了提高连杆部件注塑效率和材料利用率,引入热流道技术。设计过程包括塑件分析..模具设计和装配图设计等。主要介绍了设计方案的确定,模架的选用和热流道系统的选用等。设计环节采用UG全3D设计,这样有助于使模具结构直观,有利于发现问题,避免不必要的错误。
In order to improve the injection molding efficiency and material utilization of connecting rod parts,hot runner technology is introduced.The design process includes product analysis,mold design and assembly drawing design.This paper mainly introduces the determination of the design scheme,the call of the mold frame and choice of hot runner system.UG full 3D design is adopted in the design process,which helps to make the mold structure intuitive,and helps to find problems and avoid unnecessary mistakes.
