摘要
针对触摸显示屏后盖外框塑件成型工艺特性,使用模流分析软体优化浇注系统,预见可能的注射成型问题,在模具设计时使用排气镶件等方法防止问题出现,减少试模次数,缩短了模具开发时间。根据塑件形状结构要求,模具采用矩形拨杆抽芯机构和斜抽芯机构,其动作稳定可靠,实现了塑件的结构要求。最后设计出了触摸显示屏后盖外框注射模,保证了产品开发成功并快速投入市场。
According to the molding process characteristics of the plastic part of the rear outer.frame of the touch screen,the moldflow analysis software is used to optimize the gating system,and the possible injection molding problems are predicted.The exhaust inserts is used in the mold design to prevent the problems,reduce the number of mold test and shorten the mold development time.According to the shape and structure requirements of the plastic part of the rear outer frame of the touch screen,the rectangular core-pulling mechanism and the inclined core-pulling mechanism are adopted in the mold,and the action is stable and reliable,which realizes the structural requirements of the plastic parts.Finally,the injection mold for the rear outer frame of the touch screen is designed,which ensures the succesful development of the plastic products and the rapid marketing.
