热流道是注射模的重要组成部分,热流道的状态对模具的正常使用至关重要,热流道系统的溢料是模具比较难解决的一种故障,如何快速解决溢料问题是一个很大的挑战。通过诊断分析溢料原因、溢料位置、处理方式,以及规范维修步骤,提出此类问题的快速解决方案。

The hot runner is an important part of the injection mold,the state of the hot runner is very important to the normal use of the mold,and the overflow of the hot runner system is a kind of trouble which is dificult to solve,how to solve the problem of overflow quickly is a great challenge.This paper puts forward a quick solution to the problem by analyzing the cause,location,treatment and standard maintenance steps.
