介绍了空调器前面板塑件的结构特点及注射成型工艺分析,叙述了注塑机的选择,并阐述了注射模结构设计,注射模零件的模具材料及热处理要求。
This paper introduced the structure characteristic and the injection molding process analysis for front panel for the air-condition.It narrated the selection of injection plastic machine.It expounded the mold structure design of injection molding,the mold materials of the parts and the heat treatment requirements.
