光纤激光深度雕刻铝合金实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用LSF100激光打标机开展了6061铝合金深度雕刻工艺试验,系统研究了离焦量、打标功率、打标速度、填充间隙、打标频率和打标次数对雕刻深度的影响规律。研究结果表明,提高打标功率,降低打标速度,减小填充间隙,增加打标次数,雕刻深度增加;当离焦量为-1.5mm、打标频率为100kHz时,雕刻效率最高。通过在铝合金零件.上深度雕刻华中科技大学校徽实验,最终获得了较好的深度雕刻效果。 Using LSF 100 laser marking machine,the experiment of 6061 aluminum alloy deep.carving process was carried out.The effects of defocus,marking power,marking speed,flling gap,marking frequency and marking times on carving depth were studied systematically.The results show that when the defocus is-1.5mm and the frequency is 100kHz,the carving efficiency is the highest.Through the experiment of deeply carving the school emblem of Huazhong University of science and technology on the aluminum alloy parts,a better effect of deep carving was obtained.
