摘要
通过对3种不同Nb含量H13压铸模块的退火显微组织、冲击韧性,扫描电镜下碳化物形貌及成分等进行对比分析;并利用JMatpro软件模拟计算。结果表明:含Nb的HI3钢中易形成较大的NbC或Nb.V复合的一次液析碳化物,这类碳化物的存在,严重影响大尺寸H13钢的冲击性能。然而对于大颗粒富Nb碳化物而言,单纯的采用高温扩散或热处理难以达到控制的效果,所以控制钢中Nb合适的添加量至关重要。
The annealed microstructure,impact toughness,carbide morphology and composition under SEM of three die-casting die blocks with different content of Nb were compared and analyzed.And JMatpro software was used for simulationl calculation.The results showed that in.Nb-bearing HI3 steel,it is easy to form large NbC or primary carbide segregation with Nb and V compound,and the existence of such carbides seriously affect the impact property of large size H13 steel.However,it is difficult to control large Nb-rich carbides simply by homogenizing treatment or heat treatment,so it is very important to control the addition amount of Nb in steel.
