本文结合工程实践经验,在对《铁路信号工程施工质量验收标准》TB 10419—2018和《高速铁路信号工程施工质量验收标准》TB 10756—2018的编制背景、编制原则、章节结构进行全面解读基础上,分析新旧标准区别,重点研究验收组织、进场检验、隐蔽工程等主要修订内容。以便于建设、设计、施工、监理等单位贯彻执行验收标准,充分认识验收标准的重要性及作用,全面掌握验收标准的主要技术内容。

Combined with experiences in engineering practice,the paper aims to analysis the revised contents in the Standard for Constructional QualityAcceptance of Railway Signaling Engineering(TB 10419-2018)and Constructional Quality Acceptance of High-speed Railway Signaling Engineering(TB 10756-2018),including establishment background,orientation of standards,structure.The paper focus on the characteristics of the revised parts of acceptance organization,site test and concealed works,facilitating construction,design,construction,supervision and other units to implement the standard,and fully understand the main technical content of the standard.
