引导式护理干预对鼻咽癌放化疗患者生命质量以及自我效能感的影响

Effect of guided nursing intervention on the quality of life and self-efficacy of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy

目的探讨分析引导式护理干预对鼻咽癌放化疗患者生命质量以及自我效能感的影响。方法选取我院放化疗科2015年1月至2019年12月接诊的放化疗鼻咽癌患者共1300例,在患者及其家属知情同意的情况下随机分为研究组720例与对照组580例,对照组实施常规临床护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予引导式护理干预,比较两组患者的生命质量及自我效能感评分。结果研究组生命质量评分、自我效能感评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对鼻咽癌放化疗患者采取引导式护理干预,能够有效提高患者自我效能感与生命质量。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of guided nursing intervention on the quality of life and self-efficacy of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods We selected 1,300 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received chemotherapy and radiotherapy from the department of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019,and they were randomly divided into a study group of 720 cases and a control group 580 cases with the informed consent of the patients and their families.The control group was given routine clinical care,and the study group was given guided nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The quality of life and self-efficacy scores of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life and self-efficacy scores in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of guided nursing intervention for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy can effectively improve their self-efficacy and quality of life.
