3D扫描技术在自体脂肪移植修复乳房畸形中的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨3D扫描技术在自体脂肪移植修复乳房畸形中的临床应用。方法选取徐州医科大学附属医院2019年1月至6月采用自体脂肪移植修复技术治疗的90例乳房畸形患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组患者采用传统方法估算移植体积,观察组患者应用3D扫描技术计算移植体积。术后随访6个月,比较两组患者的治疗效果、有效移植量、脂肪成活率及乳房体积保持率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者有效移植量少于对照组,术后6个月乳房体积保持率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 3D扫描技术在自体脂肪移植修复乳房畸形中的临床应用效果好,患者乳房体积保持率高。 Objective To explore the clinical application of 3 D scanning technology in repairing breast deformities with autologous fat transplantation.Methods 90 patients with breast deformities who treated with autologous fat transplantation to repair from January to June 2019 in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group used traditional methods to estimate the transplant volume,and the observation group used 3 D scanning technology to calculate the transplant volume.Followed-up for 6 months after operation,the treatment effect,effective transplantation amount,fat survival rate and breast volume retention rate of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The effective amount of transplantation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the breast volume retention rate at 6 months after operation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of 3 D scanning technology in the repair of breast deformities by autologous fat transplantation is effective,and patients has high breast volume retention rate.
