摘要
目的:探讨骨科手术中应用数字化设计及3D打印模块导向颈前路齿状突螺钉置入的可行性和准确性。方法:选取12例Anderson-D′AlonzoⅡ型齿状突骨折患者,颈椎行连续薄层CT扫描,应用Mimics软件将扫描数据导入,依次三维重建、设计虚拟钉道及带钉道的导航模块。导航模块3D打印后在临床手术实践中导向置钉,术后行X线、CT扫描检查评价置钉效果。结果:共制作12个导航模块,置入12枚螺钉,显示所有齿状突螺钉术后的进钉点、长度、方向均与Mimics软件中术前设计的理想进钉点、长度和方向一致。结论:数字化设计及3D打印导航模块能良好辅助颈前路齿状突螺钉置入,准确率高。
Objective:To investigate the feasibility and accuracy of anterior screw fixation for odontoid fractures guided by digital design and 3 D printing module in orthopedic surgery.Methods:12 patients with Anderson-D’Alonzo typeⅡodontoid fractures were selected for thin-slice CT scans of the cervical spine.The scanning data were imported into Mimics software for 3 D reconstruction,the design of virtual nail track and the design of navigation module with nail track in turn.After 3 D printing,the navigation module was used to guide the placement of screws in clinical operation practice.X-ray and CT scanning were performed to evaluate the effect of screw placement after operation.Results:A total of 12 navigation modules were made and 12 screws were inserted.It is found that the entry point,length and direction of all odontoid screws were consistent with those ideally designed before operation in Mimics software.Conclusion:Digital design and 3 D printing navigation module can well assist anterior screw fixation for odontoid fractures with high accuracy.
