环氧丙烷是一种重要的丙烯下游衍生物,近年来该产品成为烯烃下游发展的热门产品和工艺开发热点。本文根据目前国内外生产环氧丙烷所采用的生产工艺进展情况,重点对乙苯共氧化法和双氧水直接氧化法两种环氧丙烷生产工艺从工艺特点、成本消耗、市场供需情况等方面进行了分析与评价,最终为今后环氧丙烷生产工艺和产品有更好的发展前景,提出了有关预测和建议。

As important propylene downstream derivative,propylene oxide and its production process have recently drawn great attention in the realm of olefin downstream development.Based on the development of domestic and foreign production processes,this paper introduced the POSM and HPPO process,analyzed and evaluated the process characteristics,costs,consumption and market supply and demand,and finally gave predictions and suggestions for better prospects of propylene oxide product and its production process.
