摘要
结合石油化工工程建设项目施工阶段出现的大量施工问题,探讨工程设计阶段各专业间三维协同设计的必要性。通过总结工程施工现场的安装问题,分析设计缺陷形成的原因,说明三维协同设计的优势、特点和必要性。三维协同设计有助于从根本上提高设计水平、减少现场问题,为实现数字化交付和打造智能化工厂奠定基础。
3D collaborative design is helpful to improve the design level fundamentally,reduce project investment,and lay a foundation for digital delivery and intelligent factory.This paper discussed the necessity of 3D(three-dimensional)collaborative design that could avoid construction problems emerged in the construction stage of petrochemical engineering construction projects.The paper analyzed the causes of design flaws and processing mode,and illustrated the advantages,characteristics and necessity of 3D collaborative design with examples of site installation.
