摘要
中国共产党学习观是在马克思主义理论指导下,经由革命、建设、改革实践和理论探索创新形成的智慧结晶,融会了马克思主义认识论的基本原理,蕴含着作为思想武器的潜在现实力量。在学习主体的塑造上注重信仰、修养和本领的同步提升;在学习内容的获取上注重核心理论的指导和经验的双重扩展;在学习方法的提炼上注重唯物辩证法的具体化;在学习目的的聚焦上注重问题导向和面向实践的学习目标,对提升党员领导干部学习水平、建设学习型马克思主义政党从而更好地推进党和人民事业发展具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
Under the guidance of Marxist theory,the CPC’s learning concept is a crystallization of wisdom formed through revolution,construction,reform practice,and theoretical exploration and innovation.It blends the basic principles of Marxist epistemology and contains potential real power as an ideological weapon.By answering the questions of“why learn”,“what to learn”and“how to learn”,the Chinese Communist Party’s concept of learning has formed distinctive characteristics,which contain profound epistemological essence.Understanding the characteristics and value of the Chinese Communist Party’s learning concept from the epistemological level has important theoretical value and practical significance for improving the learning level of party members and leading cadres,building a learning-oriented Marxist party,and promoting the development of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.
