新时代加强新型社会组织党建,对于引领社会组织发展方向和激发社会组织活力具有重要的作用。新型社会组织党建是政治嵌入的重要表现形式,涉及意识形态嵌入、文化价值嵌入、党组织嵌入和服务活动嵌入四个方面。这种政治嵌入能够帮助社会组织获得更多的政治资源,是新型社会组织嵌入式党建的基本动力。但是,社会组织嵌入式党建依然面临主观认同与客观实践、外在压力与内在动力、形式合理性与实质合理性等二元困境。为此,必须坚持党的领导与社会组织依法自治相统一;把党的工作融入社会组织运行和发展过程,实现党的政治文化与社会组织的价值文化的有机统一;积极探索符合社会组织实际的党建活动方法,防止行政化和形式主义。

In the new era,strengthening party building of new social organizations plays an important role in leading the direction of social organization development and stimulating the vitality of social organizations.Party-building in a new type of social organization is an important form of political embedding,which involves five aspects such as ideological embedding,cultural value embedding,party organization embedding,and service activity embedding.This kind of political embedding can help social organizations obtain more political resources,which is the basic driving force of the new social organization’s embedded party building.However,the embedded party-building of social organizations still faces binary dilemmas such as subjective identification and objective practice,external pressure and internal motivation,formal rationality,and substantive rationality.To this end,we must adhere to the unity of the party's leadership and social organization in accordance with the law and autonomy;integrate the party's work into the process of social organization operation and development,and realize the organic unification of the party's political culture and social organization's value culture;Methods of party building activities to prevent administration and formalism.
