钢渣去除染料废水中4BE的吸附特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用搅拌吸附方式对钢渣去除4BE进行研究,分析了4BE浓度、钢渣粒径、钢渣用量、搅拌转速等条件对吸附过程平衡吸附量、吸附速率和吸附平衡时间的影响。研究结果表明,吸附速率主要受钢渣粒径和钢渣用量的影响,而4BE浓度和搅拌转速对其影响较小;平衡吸附量不受4BE浓度、钢渣粒径、钢渣用量、搅拌转速的影响;吸附平衡时间主要受钢渣粒径和钢渣用量的影响,4BE浓度和搅拌转速对其影响较小。以吸附平衡时间为依据,确定钢渣粒径和钢渣用量,可优化运行操作参数。 The effect of 4BE concentration,steel slag particle size,amount of steel slag and stirring speed on the equilibrium adsorption capacity,adsorption rate and adsorption equilibrium time were analyzed.The results show that the adsorption rate is mainly affected by the steel slag particle size and the amount of steel slag,while the influence of 4BE concentration and stirring speed is less;the equilibrium adsorption amount is not affected by 4BE concentration,steel slag particle size,steel slag amount and stirring speed;the adsorption equilibrium time is mainly affected by the steel slag particle size and the amount of steel slag,while the influence of 4BE concentration and stirring speed is less.Based on the adsorption equilibrium time,the operation parameters can be optimized by determining the steel slag particle size and the amount of steel slag.
