锡偶联型溶聚丁苯橡胶的热稳定性

摘要 考察了2种牌号充油锡偶联型溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)生胶(NS 424和NS 560)的凝聚态结构与性能,并与充油非偶联型SSBR进行了对比。结果表明,与非偶联型SSBR相比,SSBR NS 424生胶的数均分子量和重均分子量均略小,而分子量分布相近,门尼黏度偏大,加工性能较差,弛豫时间较长;SSBR NS 560生胶的数均分子量和重均分子量均较小,分子量分布较窄,门尼黏度略大,热稳定性较好,弛豫时间较短。 The condensed structure and properties of two kinds of oil extended tin coupled solution poly-merized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)(NS 424 and NS 560)were investigated and compared with that of oil extended uncoupled SSBR.The results showed that compared with uncoupled SSBR,the number average molecular weight and weight average molecular weight of SSBR NS 424 were slightly smaller,but the molecular weight distribution was similar,the Mooney viscosity was higher,the processing performance was poor,and the relaxation time was longer.And the number average molecular weight and weight average molecular weight of SSBR NS 560 were smaller,the molecular weight distribution was narrow,the Mooney viscosity was slightly larger,the thermal stability was better,and the relaxation time was shorter.
