双因素理论对秋季腹泻患儿家属护理工作满意度的影响

摘要 目的 观察双因素理论对秋季腹泻患儿家属护理工作满意度的影响.方法 回顾性分析2017年7月~2018年6月我院42例实施常规护理的秋季腹泻患儿为对照组,2018年7月~2019年6月我院46例在常规护理基础上实施双因素理论护理的秋季腹泻患儿为观察组.对比两组患儿症状缓解时间、家属护理工作满意度.结果 观察组患儿腹泻、呕吐、食欲不振等症状缓解时间较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属护理工作满意度93.48%(43/46)较对照组73.81%(31/42)高(P<0.05).结论 双因素理论应用于腹泻患儿护理管理中,可快速缓解患儿症状,提高患儿家属护理工作满意度.
