摘要
【目的】研究檵木属不同株系的光合色素和光合特性的差异,为檵木新品种的选育、栽培及园林应用提供参考依据。【方法】以几个不同花色檵木株系(H1、H2、H3、H4)与园林应用中常见品种‘大叶红’(D)和‘密枝玫红’(M)为试材,分别采用分光光度法和LI-6400XT便携式光合仪及Fluor Pen FP 110手持式叶绿素荧光仪测取其光合色素含量、光响应特性及叶绿素荧光参数。【结果】几个檵木株系的光合色素含量、光合作用参数和叶绿素荧光参数都存在着显著的差异。几个不同花色檵木株系的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素及叶绿素a+叶绿素b的含量,H1的均最高,H3的均最低。几个不同花色檵木株系光响应曲线的变化趋势整体较为一致,其光饱和点(Lsp)为2 408.03~1 667.52μmol·m-2s-1,其光补偿点(Lcp)为-3.937 0~11.504 4μmol·m-2s-1;H4的最大净光合速率(Pnmax)最高,为15.653 2μmol·m-2s-1;同时,H4的表观量子效率(AQY)、暗呼吸速率(Rd)值也均最高,而H2的均最低;H1的PSⅡ潜在光化学活性(Fv/Fo)、PSⅡ有效光化学量子效率(Fv/Fm)均最高,而其非化学淬灭系数(NPQ)最小,说明其叶片光合作用效率比较高;H4的初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)值均最高。【结论】综合几个材料的光合生理指标来看,H1和H4对光照环境的适应性均更强。
【Objective】To provide reference basis for the new variety breeding,cultivation and garden application of Loropetalum spps,the differences of photosynthetic pigment and photosynthetic characteristics of L.chinense lines were studied.【Method】The photosynthetic pigment content,light response characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of several L.chinense lines (H1,H2,H3 and H4) with different flower colors and common varieties ‘Dayehong’(D),‘Mizhimeihong’(M) were detected by using spectrophotometry,LI-6400XT portable photosynthesis instrument and Fluor Pen FP110.【Result】There were significant differences in the photosynthetic pigment content,photosynthesis parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of several L.chinense lines.H1 had the highest chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoid and chlorophyll a+b contents,and H3 had the lowest indicators.The trend of the light response curve of several lines of L.chinense were generally consistent.The light saturation point (Lsp) range was 2 408.03-1 667.52μmol·m-2s-1.The light compensation point (Lcp) range was-3.937-11.5044μmol·m-2s-1,and the highest net photosynthetic rate (Pnmax) was H4 with 15.5632μmol·m-2s-1;H4 had the apparent quantum efficiency(AQY) and dark respiration rate (Rd) values were also the highest,while the H2 value was the lowest.H1 had the highest potential photochemical activity of PSⅡ (Fv/Fo),the effective photochemical quantum efficiency (Fv/Fm) of PSII,while with smallest non-chemical quenching coefficient (NPQ) value.H1 had relatively higher photosynthesis efficiency compared to other lines.The H4 had the highest initial fluorescence (Fo) and maximum fluorescence (Fm) values in all the lines.【Conclusion】According to the photosynthetic physiological indexes of several materials,H1 and H4 are more adaptable to the light environment.
