国民政府各个机关事业单位相继编印了一些防疫推广手册、防疫计划或调研报告等。这些防疫文献并非一般个人的研究著述,而是具有官方性质的记录文本,不仅是研究民国时期防疫事业的第一手资料,更为中国现代各种疫情防控工作提供实际案例,积累实践经验,因而具有相当的历史意义和学术价值。

The public institutions of the National Government in the Repblic of China era successively compiled and printed some promotional manuals,plans and investigation reports on anti-infectious diseases.These anti-virus documents are not research works of individuals in the general sense but official records.They not only offer the original information about the anti-virus work in that era,but also,what's more important,provide hands-on cases and experiences for the fight against infectious diseases in modern China.Therefore,they are of great historic significance and academic value.
