硒肥不同施用方法对水稻硒含量及产量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 针对水稻各组织器官硒含量低的问题,开展硒肥不同施用方法对水稻硒含量及产量的影响研究。结果表明,施用硒肥可以显著提高水稻籽粒及其他组织器官硒含量,各硒肥处理的水稻籽粒平均硒含量比不施硒肥的对照高2.8倍,各处理水稻各组织器官平均硒含量表现为茎叶>根系>籽粒。不同硒肥施用方法对水稻产量无显著影响。综合考虑水稻籽粒硒含量和经济效益,最安全有效的水稻施硒方法为基施含硒有机肥30 kg/hm2且在水稻抽穗期分2次喷施水溶性硒肥,每次用量1500 mL/hm2。 Aiming at the problem of low selenium content in different tissues and organs of rice,the effects of different application methods of selenium fertilizer on selenium content and yield of rice were studied.The results showed that the selenium content of rice tissues and organs significantly increased by applying selenium fertilizer,the selenium content of rice treated with selenium fertilizer was 2.3 times higher than that of the control,the order of average selenium content in rice tissues and organs was as follows:stem leaf>root>grain.There was no significant effect on rice yield by different application methods of selenium fertilizer.Considering the selenium content of rice grain and economic benefits,the most safe and effective method of applying selenium to rice is basal application of 30 kg/hm2 selenium organic fertilizer,and spraying water-soluble selenium fertilizer at heading stage of rice for two times,with the amount of 1500 mL/hm2 each time.
