新疆地区核桃分心木中总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘要 为了优化新疆地区核桃分心木中总黄酮提取工艺,本文利用超声波辅助提取法提取总黄酮,采用紫外光谱法测定总黄酮含量并计算提取率,采用响应面法对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,最佳的提取工艺为乙醇浓度55.75%、料液比1∶20.50 g/mL、超声提取31.69 min、超声功率630.68 W。此条件下总黄酮含量可达22.2144%。该提取工艺具有稳定、有效和精确的特点,可用于新疆地区核桃分心木中总黄酮的提取。 In order to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Diaphragma juglandis Fructus in Xinjiang area,this paper used the ultrasonic assisted extraction method to extract total flavonoids,used ultraviolet spectroscopy to determine the content of total flavonoids and calculate the extraction yield,used the response surface method to optimize the extraction process.The results showed that the optimal extraction technology was as followed:ethanol concentration was 55.75%,feed-to-liquid ratio was 1∶20.50 g/mL,ultrasonic extraction time was 31.69 min,ultrasonic power was 630.68 W.The content of total flavonoids reached 22.2144%under this condition.The extraction technology have the characteristics of stability,efficiency and precision,and it can be used to extract total flavonoids from Diaphragma juglandis Fructus in Xinjiang area.
