摘要
在合规管理的时代背景下,合同管理的重要性毋庸置疑。合同管理是医院合规管理的重要组成部分,也是院内风险防控常用且重要的管理手段。对合同进行规范化管理,从而建立完善的合同管理体系,有利于协调医院内外部法律关系,维护医院的合法权益;有利于规范医院法律行为,规避合规风险和降低法律风险发生的概率;有利于提高医院的资源配置,提升医院公共服务效果。本文主要对医院合同管理的内涵、现状、问题、以及解决对策进行论述。
In the era of compliance management,the importance of contract management is beyond doubt.Contract management is an important part of hospital compliance management,and it is also a common and important management method for hospital risk prevention and control.The standardized management of contracts and the establishment of a complete contract management system are conducive to coordinating the internal and external legal relations of the hospital and safeguarding the legal rights and interests of the hospital;it is conducive to standardizing the hospital's legal behavior,avoiding compliance risks and reducing the probability of legal risks;it is conducive to improving the allocation of resources in the hospital improves the effectiveness of public services in the hospital.This article mainly discusses the connotation,status quo,problems and solutions of hospital contract management.
