单侧穿刺椎体后凸成形术治疗脊柱压缩骨折的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of unilateral puncture kyphoplasty in the treatment of spinal compression fracture

目的分析单侧穿刺椎体后凸成形术治疗脊柱压缩骨折的临床效果及安全性。方法选取本院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的132例脊柱压缩骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组66例。对照组采取双侧穿刺椎体后凸成形术治疗,观察组采取单侧穿刺椎体后凸成形术治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分情况、Cobb角及治疗后并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者Cobb角低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用单侧穿刺椎体后凸成形术治疗脊柱压缩骨折患者,可有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of unilateral puncture kyphoplasty for spinal compression fracture.Methods 132 patients with spinal compression fracture treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital table method,with 66 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bilateral puncture kyphoplasty and the observation group was treated with unilateral puncture kyphoplasty.Visual analogue scale(visual analogue scale,VAS)scores,Cobb angle and complications after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Cobb angle of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Unilateral puncture kyphoplasty for patients with spinal compression fracture can effectively relieve the pain degree and reduce the occurrence of complications.
