左氧氟沙星联合头孢他啶治疗尿路感染的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of levofloxacin combined with ceftazidime in the treatment of urinary tract infection

目的探讨左氧氟沙星联合头孢他啶治疗尿路感染的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月本院收治的尿路感染患者202例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各101例。对照组采用左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组采用头孢他啶联合左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状好转时间、不良反应发生率、复发率及尿常规检查结果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、尿菌转阴时间、症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。观察组疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组尿常规检查结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合头孢他啶治疗尿路感染效果较好,值得临床推广和运用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of levofloxacin combined with ceftazidime in the treatment of urinary tract infections.Methods 202 patients with urinary tract infection admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 101 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,and the observation group was treated with ceftazidime combined with levofloxacin.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom improvement time,incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate,and routine urine test results were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fever time,urinary bacteria negative time,and symptom disappearance time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant.The disease recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results of routine urine examination in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with ceftazidime is effective in treating urinary tract infections,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
