摘要
目的探究CT、MRI检查对纵隔型肺癌的诊断价值。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月在本院诊治的69例纵隔型肺癌患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受CT和MRI检查。采用CT诊断资料设为对照组A,采用MRI诊断资料设为对照组B,采用CT与MRI联合检测后的诊断资料设为研究组,患者术后均完成病理诊断,以病理诊断为金标准。比较3组诊断准确率、漏诊率、误诊率及各类型、各部位检出情况。结果以病理诊断为金标准,研究组诊断准确率均高于对照组A、对照组B(P<0.05),漏诊率和误诊率均低于对照组A、对照组B(P<0.05)。研究组左肺上叶、左肺下叶、右肺上叶及右肺下叶各部位诊断准确率均显著高于对照组A、对照组B(P<0.05)。研究组胸壁、胸膜及胸椎部位肿瘤转移检出率、积液检出率、淋巴结检出率均高于对照组A、对照组B(P<0.05)。结论纵隔型肺癌应用CT与MRI联合检查,与单独检测方案相比,准确率更高,可用于疾病类型及各部位检出情况,具一定临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in mediastinal lung cancer.Methods From May 2017 to May 2019,69 patients with mediastinal lung cancer were enrolled in our hospital.All patients underwent CT and MRI examinations.The control group A was diagnosed by CT,the control group B was diagnosed by MRI,and the study group was diagnosed by CT and MRI combined detection.All patients completed pathological diagnosis after surgery,with pathological diagnosis as the gold standard.Accuracy,missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis rates and detection rates of various types and parts were compared.Results Taking pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05),and the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rates of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy rates of the left upper lobe,the left lower lobe,the right upper lobe and the right lower lobe of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05).The detection rates of tumor metastasis of chest wall,pleura and thoracic vertebrae in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05).The detection rates of effusion and lymph node were significantly higher than the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of CT and MRI in mediastinal lung cancer is more accurate than the single detection protocol.It can be used for disease type and detection of various parts,and has certain clinical application value.
